It’s simple. He captures your wedding in a unique style. You can describe it as documentary or photojournalistic – narrative or candid photography – but in the simplest terms… he tells it as a story with attention to the smallest details, and more than anything, he focuses on emotion. At the end, your wedding images are a series of film roll that collate to form nothing short of a mesmerizingly romantic wedding story.

William is also known for his professionalism and his sensitivity to the pressures of the wedding day. In the months leading up to your wedding, he’s responsive, helpful, and communicates without fail. On your wedding day, he’s punctual, courteous and unobtrusive. He’s there to provide support and help you feel good so you can look good in your wedding pictures. He doesn’t over-direct you or impose his choices on the flow of your wedding.

Most importantly, William has something honorable about him. Don’t take it from us, check out our reviews, and you can tell that every bride and groom get to trust him and unwaveringly bond with him on a personal level. All these qualities, have helped keep William a 5-star reviewed and award winning wedding vendor and consistently one of the top wedding photographers in Dallas.

Do you cover destination weddings?

We’re based in Dallas, but short of war zones and extreme-adventure destinations, we’ll go anywhere in the world your heart is set on for your wedding location.

If you like our photography style and your wedding is outside the DFW area, don’t be reluctant to ask us. Depending on the destination, additional travel and accommodations fees may not be significant and in some cases inapplicable. There are certain locations around the world where we are commonly available, or we target for personal projects, and if your wedding happens to be in one, travel and accommodations fees are highly negotiable.

Why is it important that you meet with the wedding photographer in person?

As helpful as each of the common communication venues is, no email, text message, pricing and packages list, or online gallery can replace person-to-person conversation. It’s the only way to answer questions that should be important to every bride and groom, and can otherwise be overlooked with the pressure of the wedding planning. Some of these questions include:

Clarity – Is the photography style truly in line with your taste? Does you photographer understand what your wedding photography needs and preferences are? Is he flexible, and can he tailor a package to both your taste and your budget?

Chemistry – Is your photographer – the person who is going to be there through every minute of your wedding day – someone you like to be around?

Experience – What helpful advice, tips and pointers, can the photographer offer to help you enhance your wedding photography experience?

Quality – What quality of wedding albums does your photographer offer? Trust us, the spectrum on this one is wide in the industry, and if you care for quality, you need to see, touch and feel for yourself. We pride ourselves with our superior wedding album quality and design. We have a wide range of styles, materials and textures to show, but most importantly, we have real wedding stories brilliantly told by William Bichara in those art books that we can’t wait to share with you.

Should we expect staged or posed photography during our wedding?

No. As described above, William’s style is photojournalistic – you can also call it narrative or candid. He focuses on telling the story, so his goal is to document your wedding day as it naturally unfolds.  He’s experienced enough, especially if yours is an ethnic wedding with multiple rituals, to know when and how key moments happen, so he hardly ever misses to capture them.

The same applies to photographing the bride and groom. William recognizes that on your big day your attention is normally being pulled in a million different directions. Interrupting the flow of events to ask you to pose is not something he normally does. William believes strongly in being true to the story of your wedding and wants to capture you as naturally as possible. All he requires is for you to be yourself – ideally your happy stress-free self – and leave the rest to him. For engagement and creative wedding day shoots, William takes the same natural approach. He’ll give you general direction but avoids over posing and cookie-cutter framing of his images. At the end you’ll have final wedding images that are uniquely yours – true to your own wedding story and the memories they will hold of it.
